Due to the handmade nature some colourings and placement may vary but the very best care is taken when creating each mug, Colours tend to appear darker in real life

Processing: Each mug is carefully pressed and boxed to order, There is a 5 day processing time on all mugs, This is the time PRIOR to shipping, Please order accordingly and utilize Express Shipping should you need it

Breakages: Each mug is boxed separately and then mailed to you in a slightly larger box with stuffing to prevent too much movement, I do my very best to ensure the mugs get to you in 1 piece, BUT they are breakable and sometimes parcels are not handled carefully, So if this does happen please contact me immediately, Take photos of the outer mailer, the contents inside and send them all through to me at hello@somethingcool.com.au
